Half A Century Boy

I wrote this tune when I found myself a half a century old, to my surprise, And that was a quarter century ago. The song is a musical memoir that tells stories from my life in the City and the Country, and takes the time to suggest that each half a century boy (and girl) should keep a little play in the work.  Because, the older you get, the more you need a little jump in the step, a little shine in the eye, Half a Century Boy..

The track includes Test Tube Babies Chris Grassi on drums, and Ted Lewand on lead guitar. Bll Merchant is playing bass,  IIm playing rhythm guitar and singing and Andy Raile is the exquisit little piano that pops in.  We recorded it in Rifton Recording the studio we built in our back yard, where Mikey and I both record some nice stuff.  So here's my life story in a 4 minute song from 1995.
